Serve in Taiwan: Explore Internships and Hands-On Ministry
Mission Taiwan offers internships and hands-on ministry opportunities for young adults exploring missions, church ministry, or cross-cultural service. Interns serve alongside experienced leaders in evangelism, university outreach, children's ministry, digital content, discipleship, and new church work in Taiwan.
A typical internship lasts 6 to 24 months and is built around real ministry plus real mentoring. You will learn to share your faith, serve on a ministry team, receive regular coaching, and grow in spiritual maturity while living in Taiwan.
This can fit a gap year, university internship credit, ministry training season, or a longer season of discernment. If you are teachable, willing to serve, and ready for God to stretch you, we would love to help you explore next steps.

To begin the pathway you need a sponsor — a local church, university, or seminary that knows you and stands behind you. Applicants from outside the United States are possible; we work within Taiwan’s visa guidelines and the purposes of our ministry here. Internship length is determined in dialogue with Mission Taiwan leadership, and interns raise a portion of their own budget — we will walk you through it.
